Our founder's career in construction didn't start behind a drawing board - it started on the job site. After earning a civil engineering diploma in 2012, he spent his first years in the industry walking active construction sites in India: running feasibility studies, auditing contractor work, and reconciling every kilogram of steel and cement against the drawings. He learned early what most designers never see - what happens when drawings are wrong, and who pays for it.
After moving to Canada, he retrained as an Architectural Technologist, earning an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology (2019–2022), then worked his way through Ontario's design industry: CAD technician in Hamilton, junior designer in Burlington, BIM specialist building Revit models for retail projects, and architectural designer preparing complete building permit packages for residential and mixed-use projects across the GTA - including zoning compliance reviews and Committee of Adjustment support.
